One’s environment or one’s unhealthy life style is the temporal causes of insomnia. Usually one’s environment affects one’s sleep as it is either too bright or too hot. Meanwhile, one’s unhealthy lifestyle could also be a cause like that of too much smoking and too much drinking of alcohol. Then again, all these medical causes of insomnia, psychological cause and even that of temporal, all requires a check up from one’s doctor.
