Even when we are drowsy or completely asleep our mind is always working, it is an high sophisticated organ. Others issues that cause insomnia can be those that happen out of mind and body. Things such as jet lag, or working multiple shifts at work, or drinking too much alcohol and caffeine can be causes. Everyone tends to be affected differently by the causes of insomnia, but there are more underlying conditions medically that tends to have symptoms that mirror insomnia. People who are affected by chronic insomnia in the long term may be affected differently to those who only have acute or short term insomnia.
